    In all my year’s experience with nail treatments, I have never been so disappointed. I felt really uncomfortable due to rude staff and careless service. My technician grew irritable and borderline aggressive with her handling, to the point where my fingers hurt. Her impolite behaviour even made the lady next to me uneasy. I was also encouraged to pay more than I believe I should have. Therefore, I would strongly advise you go elsewhere and save yourself the difficulty of advocating for yourself in a position like this.

    I usually have a great experience here, so was VERY disappointed when one of the younger nail techs cut my cuticles way too much, to the point that my one finger started BLEEDING. I was not given any kind of discount and was even charged £3 more than what I usually pay. I was so flustered at the time and regret not making a scene, but that is the last time I'll be going there :(

    I came here randomly in the summer as I was in the area, but have been coming back for 3 months now to get my nails done because the quality is flawless. I live in east London and trek all the way across town just to come here, it’s just that good. I get acrylic nails and the sets are beautiful. My recent set was on for 4 weeks and I didn’t have a single nail break, lift or crack. Seriously the most amazing work, best nail salon I’ve been to in my 10 years of getting acrylic sets

    So happy with my manicure! This was close to my hotel and I came by while I waited for the train station to re-open. Had no wait and they were able to seat me immediately. I just wanted a simple manicure (no gel) and the guy did such a great job! He was relatively fast and I probably took the same time drying my nails as it took him to paint them. Good selection of colors and friendly, efficient service. If you're in the area, highly recommend this place!
