   The guy doing my nails kept cutting my skin and pushing back my skin with his fingernail in a really aggressive way! When I kept telling him it hurts he just ignored it. And when I was telling him to file my nails in a specific way he kept acting like he was doing it right when I told him that's not how I wanted it done. It took him 1 hour and 20 mins just to do acrylics with shellac in a red! Such a poorly done job!

   Horrible service, did my manicure in about 5 mins. The lady who did my nails was very rough she was in a rush with every part of the service the nail art I requested was done in a rush I kept getting moved around the salon when I said my manicure didn’t look good enough considering it took 5 mins the staff just started speaking in their own language, when I asked what they said they told me they’d go over my nails and I shouldn’t complain. I would not recommend coming here for you nails you will leave unhappy

   If I can only give 0 I would, I do not recommend this shop at all and I usually never review but take it as a warning. I came in for acrylic removal and the lady (who was very judgemental about my sweaty hands) didn’t even bother to soak off the acrylic first, just went straight to filing through my nail bed, chipped off the acrylic using her nails and proceeded to “soak off” in cold water at the end. Whats even worse is that I can still feel my nails being so sore from being overfiled and I can still feel some lumps from leftover acrylic. She also proceeds to ask intrudingly about where I got my nails done before out of spite. Never coming back here ever again, avoid at all costs.

   Is by far the most worst nail shop ever! I don't think they know what they're doing. I feel sorry for my nails. They didnt clean the underside of my nails. literally just putting manicure not even cleaning it. Please be wiser and not waste your money.

   Worst nail experience I have ever had. See photos - look at wobbly lines from the second coat. Woman doing hands was rushing and not gentle at all. Pedicure cuticle work and filing is terrible too. First time visiting this salon and don't think I'll come back.

   I had shellac removal and they over buffed my nails and one of them even through the original nail to my nail bed! First the gentleman took a coarse nail file to buffer off the top layer before soaking into acetone, but he over buffed it that it went through the nail to the nail bed. When soaking in acetone solution, instead of wrapping it with cotton and foil, he just poured a big bowl of solution and asked me to soak my fingers in it. The solution penetrated through my broken nail and it started to burn. When I told them it’s hurting and he over buffed it, the lady said it’s just the colour and she’s going to buff it (again!) and I said no. She refused to believe they damaged my nail. The picture is showing day 1 and 2 of the nail and can clearly see fluid coming through the wound!
