   I had a pedicure and manicure (no polish) at this salon recently, and the experience was very disappointing. The standard was poor — dead skin on my big toe and part of my heel wasn’t removed properly. I also wasn’t asked to check the results before leaving. The appointment felt rushed because another client came in after me, instead of managing the schedule properly. On top of that, my manicure was done by the dog groomer from downstairs, who had to pause her work to finish my appointment, whilst the lady who was doing my pedicure moved onto the next client. I emailed the salon about this and have been ignored. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the lack of response shows very poor customer service.

   Went it for a luxury manicure however, what I got was more of the ‘express manicure’ with the gel on. Yes, I did spend an hour and 15minutes at the saloon as specified but that’s not the point the point is that my nails get done to a high standard and this has not I’m afraid been the case. Some of my nails have been cut shorter than others and this is looking all absolutely ridiculous now. The nail vanish went on my skin too which I had to point out for it to be removed before she finished it. Got charged £40, not worth it. Some five days later I’m considering going elsewhere to get the gel removed and get my nails done again.

   Honestly the nicest pedicure experience I have ever had. The team who work here are so welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely chat about motherhood. The team fitted in everyone who came in and even though it was busy their attention to detail did not drop. My pedicure looks so good I ended up getting a manicure as well. I don’t live in London but next time I am here I would definitely make the trip to Earl’s Court again just to get my nails done here. Fantastic value as well.

   the best nail place!! my nails always last SO long and feel so healthy here! (i usually get acrylic infills and they last me the LONGEST here). And Hue Ahn is the kindest owner. been coming here for years and it never fails to impress!!

   Lisa and her team do very high-quality gel nails, which last 3 weeks! At first, I was unsure about the salon because Lisa recommended using an electronic file to take off the top layer during soak off. However, they are very careful not to damage the nail, and my nails are stronger than ever after 3 gel manicures. Lisa is very accurate with the nail polish and it's reasonable value for the area considering that her work lasts 3 weeks. The staff is quite direct, but in a good way :) I tried over 10 salons in the area and settled on this one

   Lovely staff but their approach to taking gel off nails by using a drill is not right at all. This is actually illegal unless nails are acrylic but they won't accept it. Gel nails must be soaked off. Unfortunately because of this I will be going elsewhere.

   I LOVE this place. Lisa has absolutely saved my nails. After years and years of trail and error in different nail places. She spent a lot of time and thought and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now.

   I was quite disappointed with my nails. Don’t get me wrong they were lovely staff, very welcoming, but I showed them quite simple nail art and after seeing photos of nails they’d done I thought it would look great. My nails ended up looking messy and rushed, they didn’t put much effort into making it look clean and detailed. And after I left they were already starting to chip, so were my friends. Maybe it was just a one off but yeah, unfortunately I wasn’t too happy! :(

   I have been going to the Sun Nails for the past 2 years and I can honestly say that unless they close I will not change them for anything. The minute you walk through the door you get greeted with the biggest smile. They always go an extra mile to try and fit you in even at the shortest notice and even if that means they don’t have a break. Every time I walk in with an expectation they exceed it by a mile. I have never ever left this salon unhappy. And I go there every 2 weeks. The colour never chips and the set always lasts until the next visit. Thank you for your always flawless service and lovely attitude towards me . I appreciate you all!
