PERFECTION I LOVE YOU LEON!!! This was my second visit to princess nails and Leon nails it every time (literally). He’s super attentive and detailed - from shaping to applying gel everything is perfect. Everyone here is super friendly as well. Couldn’t recommend more❤️
I had a terrible experience here. My left thumb was injured from overly aggressive cuticle trimming and I was left bleeding for two days from that manicure and I had to wear a plaster for three days to heal. They apologised for it but still charged me full price despite knowing that they had injured my hand. A week later and 6/10 of my nails have unsealed air pockets lifting up under the gel polish. I really would not recommend this place and be careful if you are looking for a good quality manicure.
I booked an appointment at Princess Nails for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon had a relaxing atmosphere. My girlfriend was thrilled with the quality of the manicure and pedicure. The attention to detail was amazing, and the results were flawless. She left feeling pampered and happy! Highly recommend Princess Nails for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
Good service at the time and staff were friendly, but felt very rushed and a bit messy. My gels started to peel off after a week (which I’m told shouldn’t happen). Probably wouldn’t come back.
I came in to Princess nails last week for a last minute shellac manicure. It was a quiet weekday and paid £30 for shellac take off and reapplication with a full manicure. The staff were not super social but got the job done in less than 40 minutes. I also got a voucher for a discounted manicure next time. I would come back and try out the salon again.

I chose to use this salon as an emergency as my usual salon was booked out. Really disappointed with my first experience at Princess Nails, not only was I waiting for an hour for my appointment which was rescheduled but also the SNS dipping powder top coat was peeling after four day. Returned and they did a quick fix but even though I haven’t been doing any heavy duty my nails appear to be broken despite using for SNS for years now and has also proven to be very durable and never needed reapplication after days of first treatment. Do not feel that this visit was value for money but waste of a lot of time. .
