Great experience from the salon - perfect shellac pedicure, great foot massage and they accommodated me even though I messed up the times (came one hour later). The gentleman who did my pedicure was friendly and discrete. I will be back thank you!

My mum and i go often. Great manicures and pedicures. I showed a design of ‘rounded greece themed shelac’ nails on pinterest and they turned into reality within less than 30-45 minutes. Lovely people and mostly affordable prices. Definitely recommend
Awful. Woman who did nails was rude and ignorant. I politely asked her to make sure nails were not too thick, she ignored that request and made them like tree trunks. She left a bitty cuticle on my thumb, I politely asked her to trim it prior to painting. She rudely said I would have to pay extra for that. I said 'hell no' as she should make sure she's doing her job properly. There were chunks of acrylic under the nails which I asked her to fix, she went off saying it was glue. She was intent on having an argument with me so she got told to talk to the hand, she then proceeded to complain to her colleagues in her language, it was obvious she was not being complimentary because of her actions and tone. I was about to walk out but her colleague said they would sort it. 2 of them tried but the end result is ugly and not what I would call professional by any stretch of the imagination. If I could give a minus score I would. I have been to that salon on and off for over 20 years. I've had a few dodgy nail jobs there but this is by far the worst. Will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
i got french tip nails with my friend…the man took his time on my friends and they turned out good while i had the lady who only spent 15 minutes on mine when normally nails take over 40 minutes she made mine chunky and bumpy i told her the looked weird and she just pulled out a piece of tissue and wiped it like it would do anything £45 down the drain out of my birthday money. there all different legtgs and my thumbs look horrendous
TERRIBLE!!! Do not get your nails done here!! Horrible atmosphere. They add on extras and try to charge you! Staff are SO rude it’s unbelievable how they even have an operating business. Avoid avoid avoid!!
Been here twice now and loved the results both times. They shape the nails well and it doesn’t look thick. My friend showed a picture of a chrome look and got exactly what she asked for
Dont bother getting nails done here! Terrible service and nails dont look good at all, probably worst nails. Didnt cut cuticles (when i mentioned this the man doing my nails looked me and said nothing) and now ive left with nails looking mishapen. NOT HAPPY
TEERIBLE! Got ombre acrylics done and theyre an odd shape and wonky. The man who did my nails spent the whole time on the phone (with earphones) and looked like he wasnt bothered to do the job. I got charged £40 never paid so much for nails before. Only came here as my original lady in Ealing is on holiday. AVOID!nail came off after 8 days.. dont waste ur money
I normally never leave bad reviews but this experience was terrible. I REALLY wanted to be positive about it but I can’t. I went in without an appointment and asked if they had time to do just gel polish which the man said yes to. He did my nails in 10 minutes! So you can guess it was a very shabby quick job. Not the colour i wanted, hurt me with the drill, didn’t file my nail properly theres bits that keep catching on clothes and put lots of polish on my skin that i had to peel off. Didn’t do my cuticle…. Nothing. Worst nail experience I’ve had and I’m usually always happy
