   We have used Hayes Travel for a while now and have always had excellent customer service balanced with good advice to meet our needs. We recently booked a cruise with Lucy in store and she couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. During our trip we encountered some unforseen problems and despite it being close to Christmas Haley, the store manager, moved heaven and earth to help us, both while we were away and on our return to the UK. Hayley and her team have been outstanding throughout and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend and 5 stars for sure

   I simply wouldn't book with anyone else. We booked a trip to Zante for May 2020 and because of the pandemic, the holiday has had to be postponed 3 times. We have just organised the most recent postponement because neither of us feel safe to travel yet. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Hays. They are helpful, responsive and professional. I highly recommend. If only all companies were as easy to deal with as Hays Travel, my life would be so much easier!

   I have booked a number of Holidays through Hays Travel - Redditch. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have been very professional through the current challenging times. They were very responsive when one holiday was cancelled, based on the ever changing air bridges being closed. Advising and re-booking for an alternative destination. I have also book a number of Sporting breaks through Hays Travel, and the travel consultants are always interested on you as a customer. Great Service
