   Louise Bourne you did it again! I had a wonderful week away with my sister-in-law at the TRS hotel in Ibiza. After discussing our requirements with Lou she suggested several options and TRS was our chosen hotel. As promised it was an elegant hotel in the perfect location. Lou recommended some places to visit, and Ibiza Old Town and Cala Bassa beach did not disappoint. Louise really knows her customers and goes the extra mile to ensure the perfect holiday. Thank you.

   Huge thanks to Louise at Destina travel for a really fantastic holiday. I wanted to book Dubai for my mine and my wife’s 50th birthday. Not knowing much about the place Louise recommended a hotel which was perfect, she also recommended things to do and places to go and see. She was always happy to help when I had a query, nothing was too much trouble. I’ve already recommended Louise to friends and will continue to do so. Definitely my first choice next time I choose to go on a package holiday.

   A holiday to florence for my birthday from my wife Jayne, may i say this is our third holiday with Destina and its been fantastic. Zero hassle and all we asked for and more. Stayed at the Hotel Brunelleschi just a few streets away from the duomo, what a treat sitting in its own piazza Santa Elisabetta, which incidentally is the name of the hotels 2 Michelin star restaurant in the 6th century Byzantine tower. The staff and concierge's couldn't do enough for us, the city can be quite overwhelming and there is a lot of walking and exploring to do. As this was our first holiday since the lockdowns it made it all the more beautiful. For my birthday we had a lovely meal in fiesole, La Reggia for a magical time in the tuscan hills overlooking the whole of florence. We headed to pisa on the train which took a mere 55 mins to arrive there, yet another blast of tuscan/etruscan architecture and art. Must sees in florence are the pitti palace, Ufizzi gallery, the academia and Duomo to name but a few. Would dearly love to go back again.

   We recently travelled to Malta for a weeks holiday booked through Destina. We chose this destination because to was on the Green list and we thought it would be easier to comply with all the protocols. We had, however, to complete a PLF to get into Malta and to return to the UK. I had difficulty uploading our vaccination certificates. The young ladies at Destina were a fantastic help in doing this. Abigail and Hayley helped me and were wonderful. Sam and Jan organised the holiday and it all went very well. I decided not to prebook our tours on the island and found booking it through our hotel massively cheaper. We even had a chauffeur driven private tour for less than 30% of the rebooked quote.
