   I’ve used trushouze for a number of things now and have recommended to my family and friends who have also gone on to use them I’ve used Paul in the past who was incredible and most recently lucy Clarke who just secured us a fab deal on our mortgage and really helped us through the process when it came to our options and what it all meant I will continue to use trusthouze the staff are amazing We have used them for mortgages, insurances, pensions and soon our will. Their prices are very fair and competitive Paul found us a mortgage that would include me when my earnings self employed through covid were practically £0 and nothing was too much for them. Lucy would make her self available knowing the challenges of availability with working family’s . They always have a moment to spare to help you out and answer questions

   We were recommended Molly by my son's work colleague. She has navigated us though the mortgage process for my son's first house. We would have never managed without her help and guidance. We used zoom meetings which fitted with our work commitments. Molly is highly professional, she regularly checked in with us, she explained anything we didn't understand in great detail, she arranged the mortgage and was in regular contact with the solicitors. I highly recommend Molly and have already done so to a work colleague.

   Our adviser, Heather Schofield, was excellent. As 59 year old first time buyers we assumed we were too old to get a mortgage but Heather showed us that that wasn’t the case and presented us with a selection of mortgages and insurance policies. She also guided us through the application processes and dealt with the providers on our behalf; including liaising with them when we changed our minds about the house we wanted to buy after submitting our application. We’re now the very happy owners of our first property and highly recommend her services.

   Fantastic service!!!!! After attempting to troll through the current markets and rates we decided to op for some help and advice to find the right mortgage for us. Luckily, we were recommended Paul from Trusthouze Mortgages........and what can I say other than fantastic. From start to finish the service was brilliant..........I wasn't sure how easy or hard the process would be after my partner went self-employed with only 1 year worth of accounts, but I am glad to say Paul covered everything with us so we fully understood everything and no potential scares further down the line. I asked a lot of questions over a number of days before deciding on a great deal sourced by Paul. Once we agreed the best deal for us, Paul provided a list of documents he would require and then as soon as they were sent he took care of the rest. Our application was submitted on Friday lunchtime and we were informed Monday morning that the mortgage had been accepted and the offer paperwork had been emailed to us. Paul also followed up to make sure we were happy and to ensure us that if we had any questions at any stage then he was just a phone call away to help. I cannot recommend Trusthouze Mortgages enough and will definitely be using them in the future. Fantastic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
