Amazing customer service! I got biab nails done here and they broke after a couple of days, but I was away on holiday. When I came back 2 weeks later I asked if they could fix the broken nails, and they did a great job and didn’t charge me for it. Much appreciated, will be coming back!
Excellent first visit Excellent service on my first visit to this beauty salon - polite & friendly Lorna at the start taking my booking & greeting and on to an excellent assessment of my nails & manicure with Lien . I highly recommend this salon based on my first experience. I hadn’t booked a pedicure but when I expressed a wish to have done so, this was swiftly checked and offered . I also had great advice on nail care & a suitable treatment offered to help - a high level of sports activities have created problems , I will see if the treatment provided works well - after this first class service , I fully expect Lien’s advice & treatment to work . A Lovely team , very relaxed friendly atmosphere in the heart of Chelsea .
Celebrating 20 years as a client of The Nail Gallery! It's always busy, always friendly and kind with most of the same team that welcomed me from the start. Jessica, Lorna, Punam, Monique and not going to go on as I'll miss someone including the few that have left but do keep in touch. If you want the best mani/pedi in town, head to Fulham Road. Jessica did a great job on my nails! She saved me money by repairing and filling in my existing acrylics instead of replacing them, and was open to collaboration in the design of my nails. She did a wonderful job and also gave great advice and suggestions in art and life,m. Would definitely return!
I don't typically leave reviews, but this salon was so outstanding that I felt I had to! This was my first visit, and I got a mani/pedi with Monica and Eve. First off, the team was super friendly -- and the salon was clean and relaxing. My nails look amazing, and I even forgot my sandals so Jessica (owner) kindly gave me a pair of disposables to wear home so my pedicure wouldn't be ruined! Will definitely be back.
You can't go wrong with The Nail Gallery. The staff are friendly, take their time and regardless of who you have your treatment with, you know it will be done with 100% care and precision, all within a clean and welcoming environment. Once you go Nail Gallery you won't go back!
I have been to Nail Gallery before but will not go again. My technician did not take instruction well and for £80 I’d like my services taken with care according to my needs. I was really disappointed with this experience and had to wind up finishing my own polish and cleaning paint off my toes. Unacceptable! This is factual and the response from nail gallery is petty and takes no accountability for offering services they can’t execute. It’s not my job as a customer to know if you can do what you say in the amount of time you scheduled my treatments. That’s on you. End of.
Very happy about the service (had bio sculpture gel with shellac manicure) Very clean place with caring people. They accommodated me at the last minute although I booked at a different branch. Will be going back again.
I love the nail salon. Jessica runs an amazing salon & her bio sculpture manicures are equal to those you’d get in the west end at twice the price. Incredibly clean, wonderful air con, always a good vibe. The fact they have the same clients for years & just how well they know them says everything about how much they care about their customers. Well done Jessica and all the fabulous women who work there.
