Great service from Harriette as always again. Really helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve been using TUI Stourbridge for a number of years now and can’t fault them. It’s so much nicer to deal with real people than a computer screen!

Sharon Heaton, Louise, Nikki and the team are absolutely incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. They are all so so friendly and do their upmost to make sure you find your perfect holiday. They have such in-depth knowledge on so many hotels/destinations/cruises/ weddings/ Disney but most importantly they get to know you and your family to ensure your dream holiday is established and becomes a relatively. What the team is also really good at, is giving a fair and honest judgment about the holiday options, they are always mindful if you have a budget and the team enjoys a challenge who can find the best deal! All staff members give outstanding customer service and they go the extra mile to ensure every customer is left happy! Stourbridge branch is the place to book your next holiday!!!
We have been booking our holidays with the Stourbridge Branch for many years and always found them to be very helpful and professional always there to answer any question. Special thanks to Nicki for your all your help nothing is too much trouble and we really appreciate it . We will be in again soon to look at a holiday for September. Keep up the good work ladies you do a fantastic job and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very disappointed. Amie was very unhelpful at the Stourbridge shop. We walked in happy and excited and left feeling very deflated. She acted like she didnt want to help us. We asked for few quote options. Cuba, mexico and dominican. She just responded by saying 'you need to narrow it down'. I thought that was a travel agents job, to help you find the right holiday and if need be the right destination and price. They were very quiet in there too so it wasnt because they were busy. All she did then was show us prices on line which we could have done ourselves. We couldnt wait to get out of there.
Highly recommend this store especially over merry hill. Staff are amazing, they go above & beyond to try and help you, they want you to have a great holiday not like merry hill who like to just take your money. If booking a wedding come to this store and ask for faye. Best branch is Stourbridge in West Midlands
