   Ellese at the merry hill branch of Tui is such a lovely young lady, such a credit to the Tui team. She was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and professional. She even suggested off her own back, that she would make some notes stating that it is my partners 50th Birthday, which I thought was a really lovely touch. From the moment my Daughter and myself entered the store, we were made to feel welcome, the lady on reception was also extremely friendly, she offered and made us both a hot drink. We waited around 14 minutes and Ellese came over, greeted us, listened to what I wanted and found something really quickly. Thankyou Ellese it was lovely dealing with you.

   I booked an appointment at this store via the website. On the appointment booking I stated I was looking for a holiday to Disney and needed advice. Upon arriving at the store we were guided to the waiting area where we witnessed one member of staff publicly shout at her colleagues asking if she’s the only one serving today to which they replied to each other ‘she’s off on one again’ and she continued her rant around the store. I sat there hoping I wouldn’t have her serve me, but I did. She asked what I was there for, so that was pointless me writing anything on the booking. To which she responded ‘I know nothing about Disney’. Again, pointless me stating anything on the appointment reservation. She asked where I’d like to stay so I said I needed advice, her response ‘I wouldn’t know, I’d just go on price’. After her taking all details and guessing a price she stated she’d ring me the following day with a true price once she can contact some TUI partner. I heard nothing from her. I found it a very unhelpful and rude experience and won’t be revisiting.

   Amazing service, We visited the TUI travel agents in merry hill today 23rd Oct 2025, on entry we were warmly greeted by travel advisor Jack French, who took his time to establish what would make an awesome holiday for us and after gathering all the details he worked hard to find our perfect holiday. Jack, was friendly, offered us a hot drink and did not rush us for a decision, he took his time to explain all parts of the holiday and answered all our questions. Thank Jack, and keep up the great work, we will recommend you to all our friends and family.

   I am coming to type this message because good service and kindness deserves to be loudly acknowledged. So this month I began the search for our holidays. As we were walking through Merry hill with my family, we saw Tui and decided to give it a try. We were warmly welcomed by Jack. After telling him our budget, he patiently went through suitable destinations. When I say patience I mean it. We wanted a hotel with a beachfront and he even looked up the beach pictures to check if there were suitable that is clean, not rocky etc. Fast forward, with the help of Jack we found a jewel in Spain, Lanzarote. We spent a wholesome couple of days. The hotel, the location everything was incredible ! Thank you Jack(you rock!) thank you Tui.

She has gone above and beyond and handled the whole process with professionalism and diligence even when challenges arose.    Izzy working at TUI Merry Hill was very helpful this evening helping me to book a holiday after my laptop would not let me complete a booking online. She was very patient and methodically went through each stage until the booking was done. Confirmation was just received by email. Happy days!!

   Today we had the pleasure of meeting Sophie as her last appointment and after such a busy day she was bubbly, enthusiastic and such a pleasure to book our holiday with, even asking a colleague who had been to Jamaica for some feedback. Both my wife and I are over the moon with the holiday to Jamaica Sophie helped us choose by giving us all the information she could.    Had to cancel holiday due to my 8 month old baby being too Ill to fly. Was told to come into store to sort it as they would be able to reschedule for us with a doctors note. Arrived in store and was told we were told the wrong thing and they don’t want to sort it if we have insurance. Woman in the front desk had a massive attitude and was not willing to help in anyway. Will not be booking with this store again and a massive complaint will be made.

   I recently booked a cruise for our family holiday 2023 normally i hate holiday shopping but this experience was fantastic from start to finish. I had the pleasure of Victoria sharing her vast knowledge and helping me choose the best holiday for us.
