   The worst customer service ever. They don't respect time of customers, by making appointments and then taking people from the street before the ones with appointments. They say "one second" and the you wait 40 minutes.It happened not first time but for sure the last for me. So- if you don't expect kind and serious people when u do you nails and you have time to waste, that's the proper place for you.

   Having been a loyal customer of Joanne's pretty much since they opened, I'm sad to say their service has declined greatly. There is no respect shown to the customer and in fact, in my latest dealings with them, in which my mum and I were hoping to discuss the fact she had lost her Christmas present of a mani-pedi voucher, I was ignored and no eye contact given throughout my conversation. Unfortunately I will no longer be using their services as their attitude implied that they thought I was trying to rip them off, which most definitely was not.

   I went there for full set acrylics and was very disappointed with my nails. The nail tech was very inexperienced and was hard to communicate. Also they don’t clean the equipment after each pedicures, very unhygienic. Would give zero star if that was an option.
