   I had acrylic toes done about 6 months ago and last month I took them off and one of my toe nails was a green colour I asked the guy doing my feet if it’s safe to put gel on it and he said yes however today I went to somewhere else to do a pedicure and my toe was literally falling off. They should have never put gel ontop and should have advised me to go see a doctor which this new shop did and it ended up being an infection. Don’t recommend this salon as clearly they don’t know anything about nail health

   I really did not want to leave a review but I did not have time to complain whilst there. I booked an appointment for 1pm. Arrived at 12:50pm. Two people came in after at around 1/1:05pm. They were seated first. After an hour of waiting, I asked when I will be seen was just told “soon”. When I was seated a lady started putting tips on my nails without any prep, they were stuck half way down my nail. When I complained about this someone took over and slightly filed three of my nails. No prep was done, which is highly unprofessional and not the way to do acrylics. They didn’t listen to my length, I had to go to work at 3pm so just took whatever paid and left. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer and will not be returning.

   Have been getting my nails done here for a few years now. My nails are always 10/10 and last for up to 5 weeks - friendly staff and i’m never there longer than an hour each time :)

   Returned to jasmine nails to get 2 nails fixed after just 1 week of having french tips. I booked an appointment and I was sat waiting for 45 minutes while everyone went before me… my nail repair was due to poor quality acrylic and it would have only taken 10-15 minutes. I then walked out and have decided I’m not returning. I’m on day 11 of my nails and they have all cracked, split, fallen off. Waste of my money - never again.

   Second time going read the reviews but it sure why some left bad ones. I had a morning appointment which I booked in. Was not very crowded which I preferred done with care and excellent nail technicians. Offered me coffee/tea. Very patient and friendly. Will be returning again in two weeks. Thank you.

   This was my first visit to Jasmine’s Nails & Beauty and I was extremely pleased with the warm reception I had received when I arrived. The lady at the reception desk was very welcoming as were all the the staff. Emma gave me an exceptionally great looking pair of acrylics. Great shape, Great finish.    Perfect lunchtime manicure and pedicure. Efficient and reasonably priced, lovely massage chairs. Definitely my go to nail place in Purley now. They go out of their way to make sure your nails are perfect. My feet weren’t dry and I had 2 mins left on my parking meter, they gave me flip flops so I wouldn’t ruin my polish. Great customer service!
