Great service. Pretty much always seen on time. Have BIAB gel infils and they’re always shaped brilliantly and last ages. Not sure why it gets bad reviews here? You come for the nails. And they’re good. You don’t come to be best mates with the owner so if he’s busy and not wanting to chat - so what. Great nails. Lovely ladies. I come every two weeks.
Worst salon they are so unfriendly, rude and racist, it actually gives me anxiety going here. The man at the front desk has no customer service skills and is cold and abrupt, fine on the phone but 0 welcome when I arrive/ absolutely no greeting from any of them, just blank stares and talking in their language. Other customers get welcomed, offered drinks etc and I cant get a hello, I now watch the difference in the service that I receive and it’s very clear that there is an issue and it is definitely racism. Got nails/pedi done for holiday and toe varnish started peeling on day one. I have decided to vote with my feet and I will never step foot in that salon again. I believe that they are the former Selsdon Nails owners and that salon was awful for customer service too. Loyalty card in the bin!
Had my nails done somewhere else and they were atrocious. My daughter recommended beautiful nails and I came out with beautiful nails! Thank you for booking me in last minute so I could go on holiday happy! 10 out of 10!! Would highly recommend!
I'm really sorry to do this , I have been here twice . Once for a full set and second time for an infill. I'm not happy with the way they finished my nails. The second time I attended was because I was in a rush and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, there is no attention to detail . Please see pictures. Also prices are expensive for what you get.
Unprofessional, slow and inattentive. Unfortunately, the experience that I have had in this nail shop has not been very positive. I have been there a few times and each time my experience has been the same. The staff are unfriendly and are very slow. The male member of staff in particular is abrupt and lacks basic customer service skills. I have noticed that they prioritise white customers over black customers (I witnessed a black customer patiently wait to be seen for an hour and a half whilst people who came in as a walk in after her were seen before her). In a recent visit, a chair that a customer was sitting on broke due to the chair clearly being poorly assembled. This caused the customer to fall onto her back. In future I will be going elsewhere as I was not satisfied with the service.
I asked them to remove my SNS nails and they used a drill to file my nails down. My nails are so sore and tender. I asked them to take care but I felt ignored. I won’t be going there again
Had infills done after them not lasting from another nail salon, well they where super fast: they’ve lasted brilliantly with no lifting! So many colours to choose from. Very pleased to have found them.
I’ve been here 2-3 times. The man at the front has the worst customer service. He’s very rude, and he does horrible nails. He tried to make me leave with different length nails. I’ve used the ladies and they were good. But the man needs customer service training and manners.
Really awesome nail bar. Staff are friendly. Very clean environment. Did my gel infills really thoroughly and I was very pleased.
