   Before anything, I really ask everyone to first look at the pictures I’ve attached — they were taken immediately after I walked out of the salon. I think the photos speak for themselves. I honestly felt like a joke walking out with nails like that, and it’s shocking to me that this was considered an acceptable result by the salon. I’m not writing this to offend anyone, but to be honest about my experience. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously, because both the result and the atmosphere need improvement.

   AWFUL experience for first timers! Showed technician what I wanted and she rushed through the design. She didn't explain any of my options or what she was doing. She had an attitude when I asked her to redo the designs as they were very messy and rushed. I wanted a manicure, as I called ahead and let them know when booking, and walked out with awful acrylics. It felt like they didn't care and just wanted my money. I wanted to support a local shop but if you're trying nails for the first time then DO NOT go here as they only care about your money and regulars. They also way overcharged for what she had done. Listen to the bad reviews!!

   First time here and will NEVER come back.. I smudged my nails and I apologised as accidents happen, as to be shouted at by the member of staff in front of other customers to which they were shocked. 4 off my fingers have cuts all over were they cut me, my white tips are smeary, I paid for my full service £70 to which I wish I didn’t because now I am booked at my normal shop to get to sorted and re done because they are the worst nails I have had in 10years I’ve been getting them done.

   The two ladies were rude. When I first showed a design instantly said they can’t do it or won’t do it. I than asked for my nails to be cut shorter to that they both got annoyed and did do but left my nails uneven and not even buffed. Ended up having to get my nails done again elsewhere, where they even said the acrylic was stuck to the skin and was just a cheap job!

   They was very rushed with the service. They spent maximum 15 minutes for my nails and a few of them are uneven. The pedicure, poor girl looked so over worked. The pedicure was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Again toes filed uneven, didn’t do the colour I wanted l, didn’t massage my feet, didn’t use gloves, and scrapped my feet very little that you can see where the skin hasn’t been removed properly. They are very lucky I was extremely busy this day otherwise I would’ve made a complaint and got my money back! Not impressed at all and wouldn’t go back

   Terrible skill set and customer service. I made an appointment 2days prior and was told on arrival they are too busy. Then I was made to wait almost 30mins before having the ugliest full set of acrylics I have ever seen! Nothing like the sample nail I chose from their selection and already look like I need infills not to mention the cuts to my skin!! Complete waste of time and money.
