   I took my niece's to get their nails done for Christmas as their present. The results were amazing. The last time I had been was to get my nails done for my wedding I didn't see the staff stop once. They were really kind and helpful. Whilst we were there many people came in to book in or drop off gifts which is just further proof of the good job they do. They had 3 staff working, space at the nail bar for 3 maybe a 4th and two pedicure stations. Customers with walkers were able to gain relatively easy access. Lots of selection at what I think is a reasonable price. My eldest niece got acrylic nails done. This was her first experience of having acrylic nails and they look fab. My second niece took some time to decide what she wanted- she wasn't pressured at all to make a fast decision and they assured us that of she found a picture of what she wanted, they would be able to do it. I was slightly sceptical. She had such a big smile on her face when she found her choice, it was really intricate Holly berries and mistletoe. I can not believe how wonderful they looked. The patience and attention to detail. I definitely have nail art envy. I will return to get my nails done again and I think my nieces would like to return as well

   Worst nail shop around. Customer service is non existent. Booked an appointment 4 days ago for my lunch break today. Was ignored when I came ignored when asked how long it will be. Not sure if anyone can speak English in this shop but left after waiting half hour with no one answering me and just getting ignored for a pre booked appointment clearly means nothing to these guys. Money grabbing with not a care for customers time. Wish I could zero star.. please save your money and use any nail shop but these there is only only last any good in there out of the 3 anyway hence my pre booking!

   This business is exceptional. I am disabled, & from my first visit I was treated with kindness & respect without being made to feel any different from anyone else. The staff go out of their way to assist my daughter with my wheelchair, & make sure I’m comfortable. The quality of the service is amazing, the lovely owner who does my nails perseveres with the challenge of a severely disabled hand & achieves wonderful results. I get lots of compliments. My daughter has also had pedicures and like me is always extremely happy with the results & the service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely business to anyone

   I have been going to C'est Nails for over 3 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. I usually see Leon, who is brilliant. Having said that all of the staff are lovely. The salon has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the shop is well maintained and clean. I am pretty clumsy, so my nails often times suffer as a result. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Leon is always so helpful in fixing up the damage I've caused! The SNS system they use is fabulous and lasts for weeks. I would not go anywhere else to get my nails done. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

   I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. It’s a lovely family who run this and I would not trust anyone else with my nails. Even if I’ve left them to grow out, I refuse to go anywhere else and travel half hour just to come here. The service is wonderful, the nails and designs are so artistic and creative and the options are huge! Both colours and what they can do. Such a kind and lovely atmosphere and always so accommodating. I can’t fault them at all! UPDATE: VERY CLEAN post covid times. Masks must be worn, everything is sanitised and wiped down in front of you, protective barriers between each table and between each other. Social distancing maintained. VERY GOOD!
