I never post reviews but they deserve one. Such a kind team of people running this nail shop, I've been going for a few years now, and they've always welcomed me with a warm smile. They are patient and skilled people, I've never had any problems with them and you won't too :)
The retention is amazing, the colours haven't chipped at all and I've had them for 2 weeks now. I work as a cricket coach and I can promise you the paint does not budge!
Absolutely disappointed. I paid £36 for nail extensions and the result was honestly awful. Wish I could give zero stars. nail extensions that look like they were done in a hurry by someone with no experience. The shape is terrible, the cuticle area is messy, and the polish looks thick and uneven. I felt uncomfortable even walking out with these nails. Total waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend this place if you actually care about how your nails look.
Staff is lovely but the shellac varnish is applied poorly I think (see pictures)! My nails are quite short but nonetheless I like to have them done. When I was a new customer I used to be happy with what I had hence why I kept coming back! But it’s now been a few times that I end up with nails varnish on the skin surrounding the nails which I find extremely ugly. I am not sure if the lady see this and think that it’s ok or doesn’t see but I really don’t like it. And I do feel embarrassed to tell her because she is very friendly and thinks she is doing a good job. Thankfully after a few days it goes off when I do the washing up, but it should be spot on from the moment I leave the shop which is not the case. Hopefully this can get better?
Lan and the team have been looking after me for nearly 8 years now! Customers are friendly too and good rapport with eachother! They have now recently updated the shop the pedicure chairs I am so happy they have invested in the nail bar a more enjoyable experience for us as customers

Very hit and miss service! Found the new staff to be very inexperienced and ended up with cuts after a manicure and pedicure. Would not recommend.
First of all they dont even deserve 4.2/5 reviews.I went to the store for the first time but they were worst ,i wanted to fill and polish with some nail art.What they did is poor and worst service didn’t do what i wanted instead they said it would look good and they did different colour other than my wish and made my each and every finger cuticles bleed and swell,pain and the guy there made my fingers bleed and pain when u said its paining he didnt stop and didn’t do the job properly in the name of manicure they never hear what i want and instead talk In their language seems like they talk about customers and make uncomfortable the environment please do go there bad service and no one care about what we want and the thing they only did is hurt my finger cuticles which are now swollen.And what they did is unfinished polish even the lady noticed he didnt do it better but made me wait there for nothing.No maintenance and poorly maintained hygiene,my finger was continuously bleeding and the guy still disturbing it. Its cheap but worst experience ever.
