   My sipps was transferred to Ipensions after the previous company was suspended. However it has gone from bad to worse with I pensions group. My sipps has been drained by charges and other suspicious deductions. To top it all my sipps has now been suspended and Ipensions tells me I am not permitted to transfer it out. On ipensions website it uses the term "dont let a scammer ruin your retirement". Ipensions really are scammers operating in plain site. They claim to provide award winning products- they are far from award winning when they empty out your pensions. Reported to the police for investigation

   Their fees are reasonable, but they are very slow in setting up your online account, responding, processing your paperwork and also very slow when you want to take any money out. I would not recommend them.

   Very unresponsive to any enquiries or reqests for technical assistance. Did not reply for several weeks to my request for assistance to set up my online login and only replied when I emailed several of the Directors. They only do fund withdrawals once a month, they charge you to do this and it takes more than two days for funds to reach your account.

   I have been very disappointed with iPensions. Their response times have been very slow, making it difficult to get timely assistance. The customer service experience left much to be desired, as I often felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Accessing my funds turned out to be more complicated than expected, adding to my overall frustration with the service.

   I have been using and recommending Ipension's SIPPs for my clients for many years and have found their level of service to be first class. There isn't a SIPP firm better equipped to address the non-UK resident UK SIPP requirement in my humble opinion - what's my opnion worth?    We used iPensions on the advice of our IFA to handle a company pension. They were slow, uncommunicative, lacking integrity, and even a bit dodgy. Avoid!
