My facial was absolutely amazing! The ambiance was so relaxing with the soft lighting and calming music. The girls were incredibly knowledgeable and explained each step of the treatment. My skin felt incredibly smooth and hydrated afterwards, and I noticed a definite glow. My pores looked smaller and my redness was reduced . Roxana also gave me some great tips for maintaining my skin's health between treatments. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this facial and will definitely be back!
As always very happy with my treatment at Polished . There was a mixup with my appointment online but was dealt with very quickly and they juggled staff around so I could get fitted in on the same day . Super professional.
I got a piercing done at this salon and i honestly couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff were super professional,friendly and made me feel really comfortable from the moments i walked in .Everything was clean, hygienic and well organised . The piercer explained the whole process clearly answered all my questions and made sure i was completely at ease. The actual piercing was quick and painless and it looks amazing. They also gave me really good aftercare advice. I would 100% recommend this salon this salon to anyone thinking of getting a piercing . Will definitely be coming back for more .

Honestly so amazing! I had got a gel manicure and gel pedicure and left with the best results! Was honestly so relaxing and staff was so welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend!
Awful customer service and over priced for poor finish! Went in for gel nail soak off for replacement gel nails with french tips. Tech couldn’t do ombre or use a motorised file, but was also rude and had a poor attitude and no customer service. They filed down the new nails (and my skin!?!) so much that the tips looked more liked growth, left polish over the finger tips, took 2hours and I left very unhappy and £70+ worse off ! They were also rude to other customers in front of me!
First time visiting and will definitely not be the last. Had a luxury pedicure with my friend it was great. Jacqueline did my pedicure she has good attention to detail, great chat and relaxation. Also she helped me pick out an amazing colour for my holiday. I would definitely recommend visiting and requesting for Jacqueline.
