   This company is very professional, and gets results if you're looking for a mortgage. Michelle doesn't stop until she has found the perfect one for you. My case was complicated and even still she helped. I highly recommend them!!!!! - 2021 Update 2025 Repeat customer, Michelle has sorted 3 mortgages and 2 house moves in the last 4 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else! Doesn't stop until she gets results, she's amazing!!

   Michelle was an excellent help for us as first time buyers! She was patient in running through everything with us and helping us to understand what can be a very confusing and daunting process otherwise. She looked through numerous quotes for us and found the best one, and even offered to see if we could get a better one when the buying process took longer than expected! Alongside this, she will now check in with us every year to make sure all is well, alongside finding us the best offer if/when we remortgage at the end of our fixed term. The cherry on top was receiving a hand written card from her through the letterbox of our new home! Thanks for everything, Michelle!

   Michelle and her team were extremely efficient at implementing our remortgage. Our application started on the 12th April and completed on the 4th May, which is great considering the go slow world we live in at the moment. After initially sending many emails back and forth, Michelle was able to secure us a great rate before the rate increased the very next morning. All in all, a great service! Having already recommended Michelle to friends and family previously, I would not hesitate to do so again in the future.
