I was called by their representative. He does speak English but he does not understand English spoken to him. I said 3 times that I do not want to discuss my debt with him and he keeps asking me the details about my debt.
These people won’t stop calling me!!! I’ve told them multiple times I never signed up for anything
Thank you so much Andrew he knew I was going through a difficult time with debt because of my health and low income support , he makes sure I understand and if i didn’t he would again make sure if everything is taking in place. I don’t think this is embarrassing it’s for the people who are having hard times with cost of living and with health problems. I am debt with everything he has given me time to repay it all back otherwise I wouldn’t know what to do.

Money Advisor have called me 6 times today from 6 different numbers. I used their website once and have been hammered with calls ever since. Please stop
Happy to take all my details the first day or 2, now 6 weeks later I’ve heard nothing back... I won’t be using these again or any other services like this…people genuinely trying to sort there lives here, but seems like all company’s want is peoples data….
I have had my IVA approved today! I have had my IVA approved today, very happy with the outcome. I am now on an affordable payment plan. I suffer with anxiety and the team were very helpful and made it so much easier for me from start to finish. I can finally sleep at night!
I got some very good news this afternoon. I had my IVA approved. The whole team from start to finish has been absolutely amazing! This has been a massive weight off my shoulders and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The customer service has been outstanding and I highly recommend it. Thank you!
