   Really awful gel manicure here today. A shame as I’ve been going ages pre change of ownership but never again. The guy cut my nails really short, wonky, did barely any cuticle work then got colour all over my fingers. I’d even shown him a photo of what I had in mind so I’ve no idea what he was thinking. The manager tried to put it right at the end but the finish is dreadful - they look like my kids have done them! They’re only nails so will grow back but I won’t be returning here. Avoid!

   Always a great experience at EDM nail bar, the staff are really friendly, always offer me a drink on arrival. They're great at advising what's best for my nails in terms of shape and colour/design. I always leave feeling really happy with my nails, and always feel at ease when at the salon ☺️

   Really enjoyed it here! After a friend recommended it to me, I decided to book it for prom! I've seen my friends nails before and they're absolutely gorgeous so I already trusted this place to do my nails and pedi! The pedi was nice and as I have decent toenails, the simple look really suited me! However, the nails were done perfectly and matched the inspiration pic top notch! Theyre fast, yet completely gentle. Quiet, but willing to talk! They also offered refreshments at your will which was really kind of them! Would definitely book here again when I get some money!

   I went to get my nails done yesterday, the male nail technician filed my nails down so aggressively that he filed down the skin around my nails to the point that one of my fingers started bleeding during my appointment, after being in so much pain and pointing out that I was bleeding, without my permission he got a tissue covered in acetone and put it on my bleeding finger which made it hurt so much more. Once I got home, my fingers were burning so severely to the point that my fingers were throbbing & I noticed the skin around two of my other nails was red raw too and bleeding. I called the salon to tell them what had happened during my appointment and the man was very dismissive on the phone, didn’t apologise & told me to send my bank details so he could partially refund me but that I was not getting a full refund, after the phone call & after asking for a full refund he responds to me on Instagram and says it was my fault and that I must have ‘knocked my fingers’, insanely poor customer service and even worse health protocols. Don’t go here

   Visited this place earlier today and had full pedicure & French shellac done by Ryan. The service I received was really great. Staff is very friendly and polite. I will definitely go there again as I tried few places around Dulwich and none of them could compete with this nail bar. Well done and hopefully they’ll keep the high standard they provided today.
