   Nirav Patel at TaxAssist Accounts Ashton Under Lyne office helped my partner with a very stressful tax query, after trying to deal with it ourselves, completing forms and writing letters of explanation to which we got no reply apart from a demand for a large amount of tax followed days later by a none payment penalty. After meeting with Nirav, he kept in touch with us via email throughout every step of the process which took weeks rather than months, he dealt with the paperwork and submitted a new tax return my partner received a substantial tax refund.    Nirav and his team have been amazing. This is the first encounter I have had with TaxAssists and I was not disappointed.    Can't praise Nirav from TaxAssist enough. My son was his client, he died unexpectedly and having to deal with my grief and his personal affairs was a nightmare, his business tax was another task I really wasn't prepared for. Nirav dealt with all of this for me, contacting HMRC etc. in a very professional yet sympathetic manner.
