Great place. Went to see a musical production called "Reception". The talent of the young cast was absolutely phenomenal. They made great use of the space & the bar was super cheap. The staff were really fantastic. Am absolutely perfect evening ❤️

Wow. What a fabulous place with fabulous people. I attended to catch Piximatosis, a puppet show with bite. The venue itself is quite hard to find, being buried deep in Holbeck but the search was worth the energy. The performance itself was masterful, the emotion conveyed through the puppets real and alarming, especially in light of the current situation in the world, which is currently the lens through which everything else is refracted. Pay as you feel was the price and I and my partner did so with enthusiasm, especially in light of the astonishingly cheap drinks. The venue and the people who make it one, who really are the best kinds of artists, are legendary. Namaste. Be kind to each other.

A lush little space with freindly vibes. Nicely kitted out with lush art and food nearby went there on work and was only there for a few hours and enjoyed the vibe.

What more can be said about Slung Low at The Holbeck. These guys are in the heart of the community, bringing life, spontaneity and creativity! They always have time to listen to your ideas and have many of their own! I'm looking forward to seeing what they're going to be doing in a post lockdown world!

This is a great little space. Went recently for a play, which was great, but the place is what stands out. We arrived early and were made to feel so very welcome by the staff. A get your own tea and coffee with an honesty box is great. Now I will say the place wasn't over warm, but they provide blankets and as long as you know, you can get well wrapped up prior to your visit. A really friendly place, a place where culture can thrive and add vibrancy to a city. Please support it as much as you can, places like this add so much to a city.
