   Went here for the first time today due to being new in the area, and before arriving was not too sure as the reviews are not that great however i was honestly impressed. I had arrived last minute and they agreed to do my nails which had run them over closing time slightly. Service time was only about 25 mins to do french tips and the application was done very well and was even able to make my bent fingernail straight which not all nail technicians can do. Customer service was great i felt very comfortable and the shop was clean and looked lovely, I was also able to pay by bank transfer would definitely recommend!!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Loyal Customer for 14 Years! I've been coming here since I was 19, I'm now 33 and I can honestly say this place has always been my go-to. Over the years, I’ve tried other salons when I couldn’t get an appointment in time, but I always end up coming back here. My nails always look lovely and last so well! The owner is absolutely lovely, and the team always works hard. I’ve consistently had great experiences here. Of course, like anywhere, there have been small moments — maybe a slight nick from the drill or a bit of waiting, but nothing intentional, and certainly nothing worth complaining about. These things happen, especially when they’re busy working hard and doing their best in today’s economy. I really believe in leaving positive reviews when a place has earned it, and this one truly has. Highly recommend — they deserve the support!

   I have been coming hear for over 15 years! Every technician here is amazing! Show them anything you want and they will create it to perfect. Great service, polite and friendly. Lovely personalised touches from addressing you by your name, remember what you like and refreshments. Relaxing environment and 1000's of colours to chose from! I've tried so many nail places out of convenience but this place never fails me and I always end up coming back.

   The reviews are not great, so I must add mine. I have been trying all the local nails shops in West Wickham to determine the best one. Today I visited Beautiful Nails and was very pleased with the service and most importantly my nails. They tried their best to accommodate my needs and I left feeling very satisfied. I will definitely visit this shop again until they give me reason to go elsewhere.

   Would not use again. I usually go somewhere else but they were too busy. I went in for infills , she put way too much acrylic on which have made my nails too thick and stumpy. Felt completely rushed even though there was only 4 people there. £30 for infills and gel is too expensive. Not a friendly place to go . Definitely won’t be going back

   Went here just for a gel removal. Don’t bother booking as all the walk-ins that come in they say yes to, so you may as well just walk in and wait as those who do book end up waiting too. Left me soaking in remover for 30 mins, used the drill to remove the gel, cut open two of my fingers as she was doing it so haphazardly. Left me again then someone else put on some clear polish. They left the old polish on in a few areas and I have lines all over from the drill. I’d recommend going to Miasbeauty__ on Instagram as she is very professional and can come to you!
