   It was my first time using a travel broker for an all-inclusive package holiday (my wife and I opted for this as a see-what-we-get idea for our anniversary). Couldn't have been happier! The travel was easy, the accommodation was excellent (as was the food), and the value was fantastic. We definitely feel we got our money's worth and the team in the Trailfinders travel centre in Worcester was excellent, personable, friendly, and helpful. I've definitely come away with positive views of travel brokers at Trailfinders and will likely be happy in utilising their services again in the future

   6 phonecalls over a few months about a trip to LA, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Having to repeat myself over and over again! Not your standard trip so I thought Trailfinders would be the people to organise it for me. Clearly, the staff don't talk to each other! I was promised a little while ago that someone would get back to me. No one has, I called and they asked if it was about the trip to India! Never mentioned that! "Oh! I'll pass you over to a specialist". Loads of questions (again) and I did say "I'm at work, please look at the file and email or call me later as I need to go". Well David then became quite rude "Do you want me to look at it, you'll need to stay on the phone" - yes I want him to make a start and give us something to work with, then call or email to discuss? He wouldn't have it! So regrettably I cannot recommend Trailfinders unless it's a basic out and back trip. Even then I don't have a lot of confidence in them. Shame.

   My family and I went into Trailfinders for a last-minute holiday booking. The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Heather was ever so patient, taking on board all our requirements and vague directions, to come up with some suitable options to choose from. Heather was very knowledgeable about the various locations and another member of staff (Harry) actually came over to give some more information and the benefit of his experience, when he heard the location we were looking to book. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we hope the holiday will go as smoothly as the booking did!

   Booked holiday of a lifetime travelling down the east coast of Australia and then a beach holiday in Bali. Found James from trailfinder very knowledgeable. All his recommendations and insights were brilliant. All hotels were expecting us and hire cars waiting. Not one single hitch. Trailfinder were also patient with me when I popped in asking about visas etc. Will go with them again
