I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent accounting services provided by JD accounting. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent services provided and the behavior exhibited by Hiren during our interactions. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall service. There were several aspects of the job that were not completed to the standard I expected. Specifically, certain tasks were left unfinished, and some errors were present in the work delivered. This has caused some inconvenience and additional effort on my part to rectify these issues. I value the importance of thorough and accurate accounting, and I believe there may have been some miscommunication or oversight that led to these issues but having said this it's very important to treat your clients professionally and not get frustrated with the cross questioning. As a client with very little knowledge about business accountancy I totally rely on your support and service but that was not the case with your company and my overall experience with you was very disappointing. I have noticed several issues in the handling of my accounts that have caused significant inconvenience. These included errors in calculations, delays in processing, and lack of communication. Such oversights are unacceptable and have adversely affected my financial management. Additionally, I was disappointed by the manner in which you addressed my concerns. Your behavior during our conversations was not professional at all, and I felt that my questions and issues were not taken seriously. I expect a higher standard of service and professionalism and hope going forward you will take care of your clients professionally and not get into frustration mode. Unfortunately I would never recommend your company to anybody.
