My husband and I received an email to say our flights had changed for our up-coming trip to Lapland. We were devastated as it cut our trip short pretty much by a day. We emailed Tui expressing our disappointment and wanted to be compensated in some way. Maddie actively worked hard to do this. She tried to call us but we missed her call so we decided to pop into the store whilst in Worcester. We were blown away with the result. Not only had she found a different airport with our original flight times the price difference was significant (very significant). We left the store in disbelief by how much we had benefitted from asking Tui to make this situation better. We would like to thank Tobi for his patience and support on the day (as Maddie was not in store). Amy for her kindness and great organisation. And finally Maddie for finding a fantastic alternative. We are incredibly appreciative and will certainly be returning to Tui Worcester in future as we have felt so looked after. Thank you!

We wandered into the TUI shop on a dreary Feburary weekend after browsing online for hours at holidays, and being very unsure what we actually wanted - one of the joys of having a small family. Georgia listened to our (slightly eccentric) requests and desires, and we were pointed towards Greece where we finally settled on going to the TUI Blue Lagoon Princess near Thessaloniki. Once we settled on a location, we popped back into the shop and sorted it out. The rooms matched our requirements, the flight times worked beautifully and we had an excellent time away. We even made some new friends out there. We're starting to look at our next holiday now... As a family we generally try and talk to specialists/go to shops rather than just looking online. This experience has totally vindicated that ethos.
Great experience- made us want to book a holiday- not pushed into it! Lovely and relaxed, knowledgeable, genuinely felt Emma wanted the best holiday for us.
We visited the Worcester store today to book our holiday to Cyprus. I have to give a special mention to our travel agent Emma who was absolutely amazing and could not of helped more in any other way. The knowledge which she shared from her own experiences and gave us reassurance was incredible. I could not fault the service which we received today. We are off to Cyprus in April :)

We booked a holiday with the Worcester store, and due to family illness, reluctantly needed to cancel. We were not entitled to a refund, but Amy Ford, the manager at the time, liaised with head office and we were offered the chance to postpone and book at a future date which was amazing. Staff were very supportive and helpful, and we cannot thank or praise them highly enough, but especially Amy, who went the extra mile.
I called the Worcester Branch as I hadn’t received email confirmation from an online booking. I spoke to Maddie who was so kind, efficient and helpful! I will definitely be booking in the branch instead of online from now on. Great customer service! Thankyou
