   We booked a holiday at the beginning of the year which starts next week, I went into the premises yesterday to collect my tickets for a trip to San Francisco, LA and Las Vegas only to be told I did not have a valid passport to travel to the USA, my full passport expires October 2026 and I have an ESTA for authorised access into the US, the one staff member checked with another who again confirmed I can’t travel unless I dash to Newport or London Passport offices to have an interview (if I can get one)to get a new passport, the upset and panic this caused was very real and I was feeling very distraught when I left. Then the lady from Arrange my escape calls my husband 20 minutes later to say they got it wrong and it’s a grey area but I can travel, what a shambles and these are supposed to be trained professionals, further training required !!! Very disappointed with my experience.

   Absolutely fantastic team at arrange my escape, so professional & friendly, we would and have been recommending to anyone who will listen. Considering I came to Rosie hoping she could arrange our honeymoon with just under 4 months to go, she managed to act quick and within a few days planned our dream honeymoon to South Africa. Everything was so easy, made so by clear communications & attentiveness over phone / email or in person. We had little reminders of what we’d need on the build up and a personalised itinerary for what we’d be doing. We were given all contact numbers and felt very confident when it came to travel day. We loved the extra touch of their use of an app that has everything you need about your trip on it, this made finding flight details & hotel bookings a breeze. Overall we’re really pleased with our first experience with arrange my escape and will definitely be returning to their Worcester branch to book another holiday soon.

   Booked an all inclusive holiday to Crete in January for April. First time using the company. Ryan recommended a good hotel in Crete through Jet2. We had an excellent week and Jet2 were marvellous. Ryan booked everything and printed off all our documents just before departure. It was all seamless and less stressful. So enjoyable and easy with the company we have booked another holiday with them.

   Have been using these guys since they opened, whereas before I always used to book my own holidays but with covid and the ever changing rules I would not do this anymore, have always had great, friendly, professional service from all the staff.    Wouldn't recommend to anyone...popped in store with a budget of around £7000 for a week in the Maldives for 2 adults and 1 child,only to be pretty much laughed out of the store,whilst being told their previous customer with similar requirements had just spent £15000!......never have I felt so belittled!? Oh well,Tui's gain I guess....No.1 Travel Agent? My eye.......

   Ryan was spectacular! found us what we wanted last week and then after a last minute set back of the holiday being cancelled he found us a replacement holiday package that still hit all our requirements and then patiently went through rebooking everything for us and checking we understood and printed off all the paperwork needed and even booked our car park space and checked us in. Highly recommend

   I've used arrangeMYescape every year to book my ski trip. It's difficult enough managing a group of people but arrangeMYescape make the process absolutely seamless. They always find us the best chalets in great locations. I highly recommend using them, especially for group bookings. Jenny and the team are so lovely and helpful!    Having previously booked my holidays privately, never through an Agency, I was a little apprehensive at changing the habit of a lifetime. The complexities of our holiday requirement this year encouraged me to use a professional service. Having always championed the independent business I selected Arrange my Escape to deal with our upcoming holiday. The response I had to my inquiry and requests has been professional, and has met my requirement -so far. As the holiday has not yet happened I cannot comment on the end result but so far I have had 5 star treatment. If all my expectations are met, I have no doubt I will be be giving this company 5 stars.
