Have been waiting nearly 2 years for my car claim to progress. They advised me 8-12 weeks at the beginning. I continously get the same email saying how they are working through my claim... 2 years! Such a joke. I have called a few times asking for updates, I never get anything solid, just flaky replies that they will update me soon. If they eventually bother to do anything about my claim, they will take a 50% commision. I wish I would have gone with another business to act on my claim, who actually bother to do the work. Avoid.
Goodwin Barrett did a great job of sorting poor investment advice out which i'd been given years ago by a high street bank. Can recommend highly - professional factual advice - Staff had decent way on the phone too - professional guidance and informal approach. Would use again if needed, and the fee was very good value for the return i got back - in a relatively short time.
