Such a lovely experience getting my wedding nails done at Blue Lotus today! Very friendly staff who did exactly what I asked, and even added a beautiful design free of charge which was such a lovely gesture and which I absolutely love! Excellent service - highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience with Liam a few Sundays ago when I treated myself to a wonderful pedicure and manicure. What sets this nail shop apart from others on the same street is that it doesn't have a strong smell of chemical products. This is particularly great for those who need to spend some time there, as it allows for a more pleasant and comfortable breathing environment. I'll be back. Thanks
Amazing service. The salon is pleasant, well-kept, and professional. Since I've been getting my nails done here for more than 6 months, everyone has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations, especially nail arts. Without a doubt, best nail salon in Greenwich.
Do not go here! The lady jogged her hand twice whilst doing my nails then started getting angry saying she was tired and it was late. Also, once they started my nails they stopped doing my nails for 10-15 mins to correct the lady’s nails next to me who’s nails also looked horrendous and she was also complaining. They still had the cheek to charge me £40 for a set of acrylic/gel, and they look absolutely awful. I’m so upset with my Christmas nails :( will never ever return. DO NOT waste your money please.
I don’t really post anything but I really found the staffs to be rude. They make fun of their clients after putting the phone down when a client just rang for an appointment. It feels like they just hate their jobs. I wanted their opinion on extensions but they told me off saying other clients are waiting and implying me to stop faffing around. Also was not very nice when I had my pedicure, it was not pleasant or enjoyable at all. Sorry just my honest feedback :(
Ruby was very professional, warm and friendly. She did a great job with my nails, exactly how I wanted them. Prices are reasonable. I’ve found my go-to place and person for nails!
This was a terrible experience. I’d pre-booked but the technician took a walk in. The guy doing my pedicure messed it up. I didn’t get a spa treatment my feet weren’t exfoliated and the gel kept coming off. Not a surprise as they were rushing. The technician was really rough and I doubt very much he was trained. Then I was left waiting with a cold wet towel on my feet AFTER my gel pedicure while the technician worked on the walk in. When I eventually got another technician to do my manicure I’d been there two hours and needed to leave. The technician really damaged my nail bed. It will take months to get my nails back to a healthy state and two have broken completely. I would never go back to this place.
Hands down, the best nail salon in SE London. The ladies (I forgot to get their names!) Were so warm and welcoming, they both had great energies and were very hospitable. It was a nice surprise because its not often you come across salons with staff that go above and beyond for you. The salon was clean and had the necessary covid safety measures in place. I would highly recommend this nail salon to all and I will most definitely be back!
