I was sceptical at the beginning, but honestly all staff is amazing. Very polite and gentle. I had pedicure and manicure and I can’t thanking enough. Definitely boost my mood after visiting their saloon.
Really happy with my nails. I was walk in client, they were able to do my nails straight away. They listen to what I wanted and advise me accordingly. The male who did my nails was really good and professional. Happy with the price and happy with their service.
Very rushed had not taken the booking correctly. Disappointed. Was a treat for my 88 year old mum. Won't go back.
Very rushed and poor design I asked for hearts they gave me dots and I asked to change they said no
I am writing this review with such a heavy disappointment… I have used them the first time in my life a few months ago, sloppy work, very very long and a crowd of workers was sitting around my table and staring as one lady did some of the work then they swapped then swapped again a total of 3 people did 1 acrylic set that took over 2 hours. They look like nice people and they are welcoming, give you free bottled water but the work they ask money for…. Anyway it wasn’t the worst so I left dissatisfied and completely drained from watching them work on 1 acrylic set for over 2 hours. Everyone has off-days so I came back today to give them one more try…. Oh my goodness… Maybe they are all blind because they had the surprised look in their faces when they asked why I won’t pay for their work this time. Only someone who has no eye sight could tell me that and have the nerve to even ask that question. I actually felt like crying because it’s like when you believe someone HAS to know they did something not good or messed u their own work and still ask for money for it…. I have to wait until Monday now to redo the nails that they did. Never coming back. And now it finally explains why their shop is ALWAYS empty , no clients. Because they don’t have experience in this work it’s really bad honestly. PLEASE CHECK THE PHOTOS I POSTED FROM TODAY, YOU WILL SEE AS IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STYLES AND HEIGHTS OF NAILS ON EACH HAND. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THIS DISASTER.
