   After another tour operator cancelled two holidays one after the other (not connected to covid) I decided to try Bowens. Staff and drivers on the two tours taken this year were friendly, helpful and efficient and the hotels, accommodations and meals good. More than happy to recommend.

   We have been on holiday with Bowen’s several times over the last 3 years and will keep going back for more!! All staff are friendly and helpful whilst retaining a professional approach. The coaches are modern and comfortable. Drivers are all excellent and clearly enjoy their work. The hotels used are usually 3star and are very clean. Meals are good and the excursions offered are normally included in the price of the holiday (many coach companies do not include admission charges with the price charged so although the cost of the holidays with other coach companies appear to be cheaper than Bowen’s, there are hidden admission costs to be considered). Local pickups from various convenient places, or a door to door is available at extra charge if required.

   Had another great holiday with Bowens. Hotel in Tenby was one of the best. Brilliant staff, lovely food and service. So very clean everywhere. Faultless. Great company with Bowens travellers. Our driver very helpfull, smart, looked after us so well. Ready to book more holidays. Plenty choice in the new 2017 brochure.
