I paid £45 for a shellac pedicure, but unfortunately the pedicure did not last a week, 4 days; and one of the toenails wasn’t painted at all. I’m not sure if the issue was with the product or the application, but I was disappointed with the results and wouldn’t recommend this salon.
0 stars don’t come here. They will leave your nails crooked if you asked for square and application is really bad. You will tell them to take it off because you don’t like it and they will still expect you to pay. 0/5. She even cut my skin as u can see in the picture . Do not come here , the worst, can’t even do simple square French tip properly.
I have been coming to this nail salon for a few months now and I have loved my nails each time. The service has always been professional, and each of the nail technicians show a great level of care and attention when doing my nails. I have been getting BIAB and my nails are so much stronger and the polish has never chipped. Today I got the cat-eye effect for the first time and I love how they turned out!
AVOID. There is no sign to say “only cash”. Walked in as a new customer, they still didn’t tell me they only accept cash. Had my nails done. Then when I went to pay, she said only cash please. I said I don’t have cash on me? And she said “well how’re you going to pay me? I won’t let you leave if you don’t pay”. I was gobsmacked. She was shouting at me infront of all the other customers. I kept telling her, there is no sign to say that? She replied “but all my other customers know”. Ummmm I’m a new customer? I was £8 short on cash, and she barked at me like a stray dog. SO RUDE
I wish a read the reviews before my visit in the Bromley Nail salon. My experience was very bad. My nails were done very badly and stuff was unprofessional.
I love my nails that they have done for me and it was a really good price of me having normal colour and having acrylics at the price of £20.00 and the service was really good I totally recommend the business and would go back there when I want to get my nails done again so thank you so much.
Sadly I'm not to happy the paint is bumpy and the edges are rough. I look like I have cartoon nails?! Going to waste the £40 I paid- Acrylics + french and just take them off. Only had them a day.
My experience with this studio is really bad. So, I did my nails and after 2 days and gel started to peel off. You can see it on the pictures below. I am not satisfied at all.
