im someone who gets on this bus for school and im shocked because the driver stood up out of his seat and kicked the student in OUR SCHOOL UNIFORM iff the bus because he left his pass at home, im shocked because how is that boy meant to get to school now. the driver who did this was brunette, dark voice and wears glasses, he drives the 865 and 863. please speak to him and understand students need to get to school
We used Hollywood Travel for a uniformed youth group trip last weekend. We had two wonderfully clean coaches, each arrive perfectly on time (early in fact, which was fab), with courteous and helpful drivers on both legs of our trip. We can only praise Hollywood Travel for their excellent service regarding our u3a Travel group trip to Winchester. The coach was clean modern and arrived on time. The driver Norman was excellent as well as being extremely patient with everyone on board. As always Hollywood Travel did us proud.

Hollywood are currently running a school service to Dingle Lane, 15 minutes late this morning from Tidbury Green and late yesterday causing students to be told off. Very poor service
We have used Hollywood travel since 2004 having 3 to 6 holidays a year with them .Why use anybody else when you are picked up at the door and returned at the end of your holiday. They organised our 50 wedding anniversary holiday for our family. Its a great company you can talk to REAL people who care about YOU and your holiday.What more can I say.

One of the worst coach companies I've ever come across, regularly late for set school runs and leaving primary school children in the cold waiting on a busy road for 45 minutes. I've experienced such poor service that drivers don't even know the route correctly and have to ask the children to direct them, and that's even if they turn up at all. Very disappointed with the service and warn all parents not to use this company if you want to keep your children safe.
