My first time visiting this salon was a breath of fresh air. Very polite, friendly, professional nail technicians who made me feel comfortable and did a brilliant job on my hands and feet. Very organised and welcoming. I will definitely be back and I would recommend 100%
I usually do my nails at home or I go at a nail bar only once per year when we are on a holiday, but this time my hubby booked the experience for me and it turned out amazing. The girls are lovely, gentle and very very kind. The mani and pedi are just perfect, exactly what I wanted them to look like. Thanks so much, Girls! You rock the nails in the area! Xxx
Always love my nails at gloss! Chloe is a perfectionist, and all of the girls are welcoming & friendly. I can usually always find a fault in my nails but I never have done when Chloe (or Emma) does my nails! They never keep you waiting like some salons & the shop itself is so nice & clean - definitely recommend Xx
I booked a last min appointment today at Gloss and it was the best experience iv ever had. My nails are perfect! all the girls were so friendly and talkative too which was lovely, you don’t get that in most salons. I will definitely be returning xx
The team at Gloss are great! Very attentive and super nice to talk to. I would highly recommend this place. It’s too bad that they don’t have more nail technicians that can do acrylics because that would make me a regular!
The nail salon is insta-goals with the decor, cleanliness & genuine vibes. The staff are super professional and always do their best to deliver. Anne is an amazing nail tech and I would highly recommend you request her as she takes great care to deliver 5* treatment. Only downside is the opaque pricing structure. I’m new to the nail game so don’t always know the right terminology, but whatever is agreed prior, always changes on the day. I’ve never once paid the same as stated over the phone while booking, or as per the advertised price list online. I like supporting small and local businesses, so try not to press too much but find this approach unfair to the customers who have to pay in cash so withdraw prior.
Best nail shop in the area! Always clean, professional and never any unexpected wait times. Gels never chip and last a very long time.
