   I had a fantastic experience today. My nails were transformed beautifully. I ve never had my cuticles trimmed perfectly and my hands pampered with so much care. Thanks for the tips on hand and nail care. You really know your onions because the outcome is an evidence. Thanks a lot

   I had gel manicure done and sides of nails were not covered with top coat. Hence, on 3rd day gel started peeling off from sides. I called salon and asked what they can do in this situation. As I go on holiday in 1,5 days and have small kids I can’t come to salon in such short time. And asked if I can come after my holiday which reasonable timeframe. Salon refused this and said either come in before holiday or we can give you £10 of next manicure. This offer is not in line with UK consumer rights law. I don’t recommend this salon as they are not willing to fix their errors after service provision in reasonable time. It was really upsetting that paying £31 was wasted and my nails ruined just before holiday…

   My favourite beauty salon in Chislehurst. I have been going to JSpa for over 5 years having tried many other local places. I see Jenny for my manicure and Kelly for everything else. I’ve always said, and repeat here, that Jenny does the best mani in Chislehurst (and possibly the entire South East), the shape is exactly what I want and I can go for weeks feeling good about my nails. Kelly is a fantastic beautician, very friendly and great service - I always look forward to my appointments with her and feel great afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

Talked me through the best option to maintain good nail health and was super friendly, chatting to me the whole way through the routine. Only downside is the price, which is a little more expensive than the neighbouring nail boutiques

   My first time at Jspa and I was very impressed. The shop is spotless and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have tried many nail bars around Bromley and I have found that the majority want to rush your nails and take your money, without discussing the best options or indeed the condition of your nails. Jenni took the time to find out what I was looking for and was able to advise accordingly. My nails look lovely and her polish skills are fantastic!I will definitely be going back and will recommend to friends.
