The staff here are lovely, very welcoming. I never have a problem getting an appointment. My nails look amazing every time I come. Michelle is always ready to help me pick a colour or new design.
Cannot recommend them highly enough! Started going when I need my wedding nails and keep going back still. The whole team is lovely, super talented and always take on the designs I ask for with a smile and I do love a design! The atmosphere in there as well is spot on, always clean and tidy.
Hands down the best nail salon in the South East! The range of colours and finishes available is a dream - other local salons really don't compare. The staff are super friendly and welcoming - why I keep coming back. A relaxed atmosphere inside, always looks clean and well-presented. They make the place look super cute for annual festivities. I love it here.
Unable to use my usual salon and was surprised and grateful to get a last minute appointment here on Christmas Eve but wish I never found this place. Staff quite abrupt but more importantly my gels were a complete botch job. Having my existing gels taken off was really painful (barely soaked off, mainly drilled which was incredibly painful) and nails were roughy filed, not shaped and the finish was appalling and looked like I had it done at least 2-3 weeks prior (you can see it looks like they had grown out). Nails felt rough to the touch and I had too coat all over my fingers. Desperately googled other Salons to do a repair job and luckily found somewhere that left them immaculate. The pink nails reflect the results in another salon. £33 down the drain.
Excellent customer service today. They were very helpful and patient as this was our first experience and didn’t really know what we wanted but they helped us choose and extended the time that we needed. Our nails now look stunning so a big Thankyou xx
I love going to Ava Gold. Great service, reasonably priced and always lovely neat nails that last for about 3 weeks (gel polish). They have an amazing range of colours including glitter in normal polish, gel polish, SNS etc. It gets very busy so best to book to avoid disappointment. Cash only but there's a cash machine just across the road, so no problem.
Lovely salon with nice decor and inviting atmosphere. Making an appointment is essential for getting in especially on a weekend. They offer tea or coffee and are really friendly, the only thing is they're CASH ONLY and I always forget to take cash with me! I love all the styles and colours they do, very talented team with loads of options. Would definitely recommend if in the area and wanting nails that actually last.
