   Terrible service, Nail technician rushed. Gel not smooth on my nails, lots of bumps! when I was trying to explain the bumps and the varnish not being smooth and equal, he just looked at my hands and nodded. Gel varnish already chipped and only got this done on Saturday 01.06! Not happy at all. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN

   SNS white tips. Technician rushed … my nails were all different lengths. Don’t think she knew how to do SNS. My nails look so bad Cuticles on two fingers are cut . Honestly terrible service. AVOID

   Always fit you in, no matter how busy they are but some of the technicians are better than others and when they rush it the quality is somewhat compromised. All in all its good for the price, some technicians are nicer than others but nobody is unfriendly. I have regular SNS manicures here and the occasional gel pedicure.

   Very good service, love the staff. I have been to other nail bars but none of them were anywhere near as good. Have recommended to friends and family, and will continue to do so.good covid procedures in place.

   Stood at door and staff member sitting down said "yes". Not a good start. Said had an appointment. Told "come in". Took temp and told me to pick a colour for nails and sit down. No help re choosing etc. Screen between you and person and they had a mask on as did I. Started doing nails. No real communication. Did not check once out on first nail i was happy with colour. Then proceeded to chat in a different language to all members of staff. This can be very disconcerting as you feel like you are being talked about. They all spoke english too. Just not a friendly atmosphere at all. Nails ok but will be going back to my regular place as better atmosphere and more friendly and £7.00 cheaper for gels.

   Quite nice staff , nice looking salon however acrylics are awful. Had them for four days and my natural nails are showing out from underneath them and the polish is badly applied.

   Have been a loyal customer for 4 years and my nails are grateful! Huge range of SNS colours as well as gel and all systems - loovely (yet intense) massage chairs for fab pedicures. Always offer a coffee and a nice buzz on a weekend - optn til 7 during week too
