    I had been going to this nail shop for over ten years, my gel nails would last atleast 3 weeks and I’d only get them redone due to regrown not through chipped polish etc. Since they changed owners (a month or so ago), my gel nails have chipped within days. I had my nails done 6 days ago and 5 are chipped. This nail shop is not the same since Helen and Nina left. I will not be returning and am on the search for an alternative nail salon

    I have been going to H&N nails for years and drive half hour to get there despite there being numerous other salons more local. Wouldn't go anywhere else! I always have Nina and she is fantastic! Always accommodating, friendly and very good at her job. I would recommend to anyone! Also fairly priced

    Not all of them are professional. Couple of times my nail design and shape was a disaster after paying 40£. You might get lucky once in a while depending who does it. I particularly don’t like the men who are rude and so unprofessional.

    Really rude woman who was doing my nails I asked her to fix one because one of my nails wasn’t good and she just started rolling her eyes .. really really really unprofessional. Even my nails doesn’t look good at all need to go to fix them somewhere else. Just waste of money.

    Mixed feelings about h&n depending on who you have. Had a pedicure last week and it chipped within 24 hours at which point I was on holiday. Waste of £22 but they usually last ages.
