   Cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong. Organisation or lack of it by this company is stagggering. The cruise with Celebrity was great thanks to Celebrity, however the organisation and mis information given by cruise.co.uk was just appalling. We’ve just booked another but not with this company REPLY following owner’s response I don’t have any questions nor do I want to contact your customer services to follow the issues up further. I would have thought you, the owner, would have wanted to understand what the issues where so you do something about it in the future. Your response speaks volumes about your attitude towards your customers

   I spoke with Michelle who assisted us with finding a deal and booking a cruise to Alaska. This was our first time with cruise.co.uk and Michelle was thorough, pleasant to speak to and took a lot of effort in finding us the best deal possible. The whole process was very easy and that was down to Michelle finding out the answers to our questions and her great knowledge. I will definitely use her again and will recommend her to others. She has Good Customer Service skills and cruise.co.uk should be proud to have her as a member of their team.    DO NOT BOOK. Poor poor poor communication. If you want to be completely left in the dark, book with these. They ruined our holiday of a lifetime and show no compassion and no attempt at realistic compensation. They should be ashamed!

   I have been try to change a cruise sine the 24/12/2022 and I am still not getting anywhere. They are complete shysters. I have been advised they will call me back Umpteen times and I am still not getting anywhere. It's funny how you can get through within 5 minutes to book a cruise but when it comes to actually sorting something out you are on the phone for over an hour only to be told they will get someone to phone you back and I am still waiting to resolve this. Please don't deal within anyone called George Davison as he is a complete waste of time. I am going to lose over £1300 when I told the deposit was £800. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS CRUISE COMPANY AGAIN. There are far, far better companies which are so much more helpful than these. I shall be using from now on. Shame on them

   Booked a cruise for October 2023 to the US in July 2022. Paid a deposit. My wife was dignosed with cancer in Nov 2022 so had to cancel cruise. The deposit was not refunded, even for medical reasons and the fact that we could not get insurance cover, even is she could travel. We have done many cruises in the past but never booked with Cruise Co which I consider to be totally inflexible and 'washed their hands' by saying 'deposits are not refundable' Why?

   I would like to congratulate Peter B for his excellent service when helping to book a cruise. I have cruised for many years and found is knowledge of Princess Cruises second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter especially if you are a first time cruiser. Nothing was to much trouble.

   We made a booking for April 23 through cruise.co.uk with Virgin Voyages. Around 3 weeks later we were told Virgin have cancelled the cruise. We are still waiting for our refund of £1,170 which we were told virgin voyages still hold. After speaking to Virgin Voyages we have since found out that only £600 deposit was required and this has been refunded. Why take a bigger deposit than required! Why lie about the refund! How much longer are they going to sit on OUR money before refunding!!! SHOCKING
