   Cannot recommend this nail Shop enough. 5* all Round. They went above and beyond and made it a very enjoyable experience for me and my daughters One of my daughters has autism and got overwhelmed and the lady showed nothing but kindness and patience for her and was able to give my girl the nails she wanted while making her feel safe with no pressure or judgement. Will be returning x

   There are only 2 good nail technicians in this shop. When i stopped the man half way through doing my nails he told me it will look different at the end. Fast forward to the end i complained and the other employees said they liked the nail so i should keep it. 2 days later the nail started to break off and lift as it was not done correctly, i can't believe i spent £35 on this horrible set

   I’m really sad to leave a bad review as when I go to alluring it’s usually really good. I went to get sns on Friday and chose a rose gold colour. Halfway through I complained that the nails looked orange, not rose coloured and they claimed it would be okay once it was done. Once it’s done it still looks orange. When I complained they claimed it was my skin tone that made it look orange, and refused to change anything or give me a discounted price. (As you can see from the picture it is not my skin tone that made the nails look orange) It took my mum coming in to defend me for them to agree to change the colour which they did with nail polish. This nail polish didn’t last long and started peeling off on Sunday leaving behind the orange nails I didn’t ask for, so today I came in asking them to remove the nails and just for a manicure instead. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse manicure, not only was it painful but my nails were filled down too much to a point where they were very thin and rough. You can see how awful it looks in the picture i attatched. The only reason I am not giving one star is because last time I went I had a nice experience, but this experience is bad enough for me to never return.
