   I've just returned from a 3 day mystery break as part of a group 2 coaches went. We were taken to Scarborough The Commudor Hotel. Lovely hotel warm and cosy it was Turkey and Tinsel. I have to say it was an Absolutely pleasure to travel with Paul and David once again there sense of humour is amazing lol Thank you to Jenny Wallace and Sylvia Darby for once again organising the trip. xxxxx.

   Never normally write reviews, but me and 4 of my friends went on mystery wkend £119 each of which I booked through dunwood, firstly on arrival at depot at 815 we was given lovely hot drink while driver put our bags on coach which was great much appreciated. Then off we went with our driver Damion who was great very knowledgeable on route telling us interesting facts abt places , we only had 1 more pick up at services which was great then off we went to Chester xmas Market absolutely lovely place arrived at 1130 didn't have to get bk on coach till 3 gave us enough time to explore, we was then taken to our hotel in Llandudno for the night stayed in lovely seafront hotel 3 course evening meal entertainment the next morning lovely breakfast food was great then on route bk Damion took us scenic route bk dropping into llangolan for an hour which was beautiful too ,,frm start to finish couldn't fault anything will definitely be bk again nxt yr thankyou frm 5 happy ladies worth every penny

   Had a lovely break, from Norfolk to the Isle of wight. We had Paul for the journey and trips around the island and his knowledge and manor was exceptional. Couldn't find any faults and Paul is a real asset to Dunwood. Keep up the good work, and may thanks again.

   Dunwood promote their company with their own driver and luxury coaches.. Sadly our first holiday with them was via a different company. The driver should have been more attentive. Plus points, hotel, food and hotel staff made the holiday a better experience. Now the minus points, coach driver offered no interaction with the passengers onboard the coach. Days trips were below average and clumsy. Told where we were going when on the coach and taken somewhere different? Only exciting place we visited being The Needles on the isle of Wight. Hoping this is a one off! Could do better and will consider our holiday carefully next time as other coach companies have provided better days out. No response from Dunwood Travel only appear to reply when reviews are favourable. Shame on you, we hoped for a response or apology but never received an email reply.

   Great start to holiday, driver picked us up this morning and waited at services with us for the coach to arrive. Even though wasn't a dunwood coach was a great coach and driver took good care of us. Thanks Dunwood.

   A star rating of less than one,,, send a letter to the Head of this robbing company and he cannot even be bothered to respond to it,, they take you money and run!!!! Avoid at all costs
