AVOID AVOID AVOID. I had to take matters to ICAEW, Alison Buckley if she comes out to you make sure you gain it in writing and also record her. As a partner she misrepresented the firm and also does not look into all matters. Constant lies and mistakes, promises the world can’t deliver. UPDATE : COMPLAINTS TEAM RAN BY MRS BUCKLEY - AVOID! If she emails your or wants a “catch up” it’s because she wants a massive FEE. They’re all fee earners at this firm. Chasing the fee but can’t deliver the work giving it to all graduates from uni who leave after probation period. Claims to do the work, checking the access lay login from month ago. The firm is orchestrated to getting SME’a and adding multiple hidden fees on each account. This is the doing of the “Partner” Alison Buckley. The R&D from Phil - abysmal. The worst I’ve ever come across, apparently I’ve got multiple miscalls from this tax specialist but my phone records suggest otherwise. Despite different individuals specialist in this Alison seems to do separate fee earning deals with Phil to ensure he gets the work. His communication is non existent and I’m surprised to see his name in the top 35 of tax specialist! Another individual who also has a regulatory complaint against him for unsatisfactory work. If you’re reading this review and considering this firm, look elsewhere now. Don’t even contact this firm. If the names Alison or Phil pop up for your needs RUN. Absurd firm with crooked partners in charge.
