Hayes Property letting Agents A small friendly run company who help people not only to find houses to rent , but to become landlords and rent out their homes. They are very friendly easy to talk to with any issues or requirements. As a tenant they understand what type of property I needed at the time and matched me a suitable place in my required location quickly. The process was simple and easy to follow. As a landlord now , the process to get the house on the market has been straightforward with all costs and the process explained and easy to follow . Great letting agency, can't fault them. Sarah and her team are very friendly and professional. Always try to sort out any problems when I've called. Would not recommend. They were really unprofessional. Left us without an oven for over three months. Left us with a broken shower for 6 months. Always paid our rent on time, never missed any payments but they phoned us saying we were behind on rent trying to threaten us when we reported that the oven was broken. They were really snotty about any repairs to the point we just stopped calling and paid for them ourselves. They made us pay for most of the wear and tear that should have been covered by the rent. Will never use them again. They also arranged house inspections then failed to show up. We reported damages to the property for them to repair which they never did and then they took it from our deposit even though we left the house in a much better state than what we recieved it in.
