   Appalling service stay away from using these guys . I’ve been requesting to see my management contract for 6 weeks now and there is always an excuse . They just want to take my money and do nothing for it and then be rude to me and my tenant on countless occasions too . I’m paying them for nothing . They don’t carry out inspections , they don’t get back to the tenant , they don’t contact me when rent hasn’t been paid . They stated after four weeks that management contract couldn’t be given as Gary is out of the country for a week and he is the only one with the keys to the Doncaster office . Did he take these keys away with him ? Does business stop because someone take a holiday ? Mine certainly doesn’t ? Will they refund a week of the percentage they take from me because Gary is out the country on holiday ? Absolutely not. He got back on may 14th and I am still waiting . We are 6 weeks now down the line . They also don’t keep references when finding tenants so if you have issues with insurance you can’t claim . Jade is the absolute worst member of staff on the team and her customer service is disrespectful and rude . She put the phone down on me because my little 1 year old was crying after I spent multiple attempts trying to get hold of her and finally got through . I would never recommend these guys

   I will never ever work with them again. Very dodgy, rude and unhelpful office staff in Sheffield. Anytime there was an issue I was either ignored or spoken to like trash. Never got apologies or sorry for anything they've done wrong. Zero communication from them and so unhelpful its shocking. One time we wanted to give back the keys once we moved and they weren't accommodating at all with the dates and times for pick up so we asked if we can just pop over to the office in Sheffield on a weekend, they said yes come between 9 and 4. We came at 11 waited for half hour no one was in. Kept calling but no one was helping. Again, never got apologies. Ended up mailing the keys as we moved quite fara and couldn't just drive for an hour there again.overall really bad experience, heard from other tenants that they always struggle getting deposit back and I also did as I asked how do I get it back and was completely ignored.i only found out because I called Doncaster office and they told me to call DPS. On top of that they set up our account without telling us and provided the wrong info so we couldn't get through security. Managed to sort it eventually. Worst company ever, they mastered in NOT caring for people.stay away!

   There are many people who clearly have had a good experience with Noble Living on this site, but also a number of reviews here which match my own experiences. All I can say is you are taking a risk investing time and money with these people. You might get a good experience or you might be less fortunate like me and others who have reveiwed. Think three times before taking the plunge.

   This was a big move for us as we were coming from Coventry to Chesterfield and nerves were high, Robyn kept things simple real and didn't bombard us with the normal estate agent jargon. She put our minds at ease and got us the house of our dreams. I can't recommend Robyn enough she was a legend.

   We have rented recently with Noble Living at a new development. Robin, who done a viewing to us and took over the referencing and moving in process made a really good job! We are really pleased as the agency deals with all the issues swiftly. Dunno why they never reply to e-mails but having a phone call really pays off. I can strongly recommend this agency.
