   We cannot recommend Plan It Tax highly enough! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish with our R & D claim. Our old accountant submitted an R & D claim without providing HMRC with any supporting information and without our consent. This resulted in HMRC opening a formal investigation against us. Olivia and her team could not have done more to put us at ease from the start and provided much needed guidance to ensure we were submitting the required evidence to support our claim. HMRC were relentless in the level of detail they required and it felt like the questions would never end. It took months and each time we responded HMRC asked for more evidence but Olivia never once made us feel like it was an issue, or gave us any reason to be concerned. Today we have been paid the full claim value and this is down to the professionalism and knowledge that Olivia brought to the case. Olivia is outstanding and I would encourage any business to pass their R & D claims to her. We will never go anywhere else and have already recommended her and the team to others.    After a sketchy experience with previous ‘R&D specialists’ I was twice bitten and skeptical that Plan It Tax could do anything different. But like night and day, PIT and Alison specifically, were a refreshing difference from the outset, quashing previous incorrect advice which had lead to previous R&D claims going unclaimed. A very conscientious team who will happily take the time to understand your business and ensure you maximise on any R&D that if you’re like me you’ve been told doesn’t qualify.

   Crooks! Do not waste your valuable time on these guys' fake promises. They still owe us over £10k and went bust and now have re-opened as a new company to scam some more hard working business owners. Even if you've got your refund from HMRC and think you're safe, HMRC have the right to reverse the claim and when they do - these guys will go bust again and you'll be left with a big bill to pay on your own, while they've kept their commission. A very sad way to 'earn' your living.

   Was very dubious about claiming R&D Tax Credits as we had never taken advantage of this before as a business. We was approached by Plan it Tax at the beginning of April, they completed our R&D Claim within 2 weeks and 3 weeks later, we received just over 40k back from HMRC. Completely seamless process and each member of staff was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Thank you Plan it Tax!

   We hate leaving bad reviews but this was an awful experience from start to finish. They changed their name halfway through the process from Shencoh. Their initial salesman lied saying I would have nothing to pay don't worry. They would do everything. We had to provide everything! Then the day before at 5 pm said my accountant had to process it. They could have done this themselves. They are pushy, underhand and difficult to deal with. Yes, my tax came down a bit, Then a 9k bill drops in pay it or else. Then wind up notice. We could have dealt with HMRC and paid over some time. But these demanded payment causing us serious distress. If you're doing an R&D claim don't use these cowboys. Any good accountant can do it. We are going to take it further out of principle more time wasted dealing with these.
