Such a lovely experience at the Nail Spa today, stunning manicure with French nail treatment. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. First visit but will definitely be returning!

Had BIAB nails for first time today here. Normally have SNS. Fabulous natural looking nails and perfect purple colour. Have been coming here for years but new staff and still great service. Super friendly and helpful. Would recommend Nailspa to all. Even bring my parents in to have their feet done.
I've been getting a manicure every 3 weeks and pedicure every 6 weeks here for at least 3 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are lovely and professional. I'm obsessed with their recent chrome colours!

I have visited the salon day before yesterday. I have booked the service in advance and they said Β£30 but the day they have done my nails they charge Β£35! And its been three day already but still my nails are paining. Even the finishing of my nails wasnβt smooth.
A young boy did my pedicure and it was a disaster. I am not going back. It felt as if he was just learning and took forever to finish..
Jenny did a full set acrylic on my nails and they turned out really lovely I was super impressed. She asked that I dry my nails for 15-20 minutes so after 15 minutes I checked my nails and they were dry so I got up to leave when another salon member approached me and asked where I was going and I said Iβm leaving my nails are done and she said no no give them another 5 minutes and I said I will be really careful I have to go now (my parking ticket had run out) in which she took my hand (thumb) and dug her own nail into the polish and said it isnβt ready SEE, she dented my nails Iβd just paid Β£20 for, I am fuming and will not be returning. There was no offer to repair the damage, I wouldβve been careful after leaving the salon and I had been careful as there were no marks or smudges other than the one she made! Really unprofessional and did not end my experience well!
This is by far the best nail salon in the area. I have been coming here several years now and the ladies never fail to amaze me. The pricing is reasonable and the nails are incredible, my acrylics always last weeks longer than anyone else's I know. They also always do their absolute best to accommodate the designs I request (just make sure you mention you'd like a design when you ring to book). I cannot fault Nail Spa, even though I live further away now I still make the trip down. 100% reccomend.
