    Terrible, pedicure was rushed and ended up with a really cut sore bleeding toe, was still charged for the experience. Would not recommend As for the response, the staff member apologized for cutting my toe at the time then suddenly denied all knowledge when I returned as the bleeding would not stop, if you review your cameras you will clearly see a record of this happening and me mentioning the bleeding whilst waiting for my nails to dry. The audacity to imply I had done it myself, Unbelievable! I think the other negative reviews speak for themselves. I reiterate, terrible service would not recommend. There are so many other honest, caring nail shops in Sidcup, wish I had never decided to try Lily Nails.

    Best nails I’ve had in ages! It’s so hard to find a good nail shop, the lady that did my nails was friendly, professional and done my nails to perfection! That’s so hard to find. I recently moved as well, so I’ve just changed my nail shop (big deal to me)! This is now my new nail shop, defo trust to leave Lily nails. Also was so clean, and cute decor!
