   At my initial meeting with Jennie Besley, the property manager. I was very impressed with Oakwood’s set up, particularly in comparison to another local letting agent that I’d been considering using to let my property. I very much like that Oakwood do not charge up front for the set up work involved in finding a tenant, making sure the property is safe to let and setting up the tenancy. This fee is deducted from the first rental payment. All members of the team that I’ve had interaction with are always friendly, responsive and helpful. The service provided is excellent and I’d highly recommend them to anyone thinking of letting a property.

   I honestly can't remember when I had to deal with a rental agency, but when I finally did, I was lucky enough to come across Oakwood Property. Pure professionals, amazing communication, support and a top 5 star service. The letting administrator Kaisu was outstanding, she was very helpful and always very supportive.
